The "Tombolo"...bobbin lace technique is a magical "game" of weaves where skilled hands cross the cotton threads with the wooden bobbins around the needles threaded into the design paper.

At the end the lace edges are expertly inserted into the pure linen fabric and sometimes embellished with hand embroidery

Care
Machine wash cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach.
Do not use fabric softener. Wash dark colors separately. Do not wring. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Remove while still damp. Steam iron on “linen" setting.
