Returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed with any hangtags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Items purchased through the Site may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date delivery.
- If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
All "custom made order" and “made to order” are exempt from being returned. Please take a look on the individual product page before buying
- You may initiate the return by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org include your website order number and returning item to request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) Customer Service will issue a RMA number.
- EMILIA BURANO cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping and will not refund the value of the goods.
- Please enclose the items in their original packaging with any hangtags attached, accompanied by the packing slip and RMA number. Write the RMA on the exterior of the returning package, seal the box securely, and affix the return shipping label.
- If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Card Vouchers
- The Buyer must notify the Supplier of any discrepancy in a delivery as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of the delivery of the vouchers.
- Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods at www.emiliaburano.it
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are not sold on a sale or return basis and no return will be permitted unless it can be demonstrated that the Supplier has been in error in fulfilling the Buyer’s order.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be renewed once they have expired. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within 14 days after receipt of the product
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@emiliaburano.

Any return received without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be returned to the customer at their cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and all custom (import/export) costs for returning your item. Shipping and custom (import/export) costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and custom cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
